With their 4-0 win last night over the last place Seawolves, the Gophers capture the WCHA outright for the first time since the 91-92 season. Riding on the back of Ryan Potulny (Hobey Baker candidate) and his hat trick, the Gophers held the Seawolves to 10 shots on goal on the way to their 4-0 win.Next weekends Duluth series will be fun but no longer has any bearing on the WCHA outcome. It is now time to rest up for the WCHA playoffs where it looks like the Gophers will again face off against the Seawolves.
